This notice explains how RPSLS handles your email address when you choose to receive launch updates, early-access invitations or playtest invitations.
Who is responsible
Streep Webservices operates RPSLS and is the controller for this processing. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email jildos@hotmail.com.
What we collect
When the sign-up form is available, we collect your email address and the confirmation record needed to show that you subscribed. We do not ask for a name, profile, payment details or gameplay data through this form.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to send RPSLS launch updates and, where relevant, invitations to early access or playtests. The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Double confirmation and service provider
Subscriptions use a double opt-in: you are added only after confirming the email we send you. We use Brevo to host the subscription form and send emails on our behalf. Brevo processes the data needed to provide that service. See Brevo’s privacy policy for its own processing information.
How long we keep it
We delete or anonymise subscription data when you unsubscribe, or after 24 months without interaction with our emails, unless we must keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing where applicable. You can also withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This coming-soon site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We will update this notice before adding any new processing that materially changes how your data is used.
